What we collect, and why.

werkya.com is a one-page site. Signing up happens in the app at app.werkya.com. This note says plainly what we collect and what happens to it.

What we collect

This site collects nothing: no forms, no analytics or advertising cookies. In the app we collect what you give us to run campaigns: your email, your name, your business details or creator profile, the channels you connect, and the briefs, content and payment details a campaign needs.

What we use it for

To plan and run campaigns with you, pay creators, and issue the invoices and tax statements the law requires. We don’t sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list.

Who handles it

Only the Werkya team, plus the services that host the app and send its email. Emails to hello@werkya.com go straight to our inbox.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account, and as long as tax law requires for invoices and payouts. If we never work together, we delete it within a year.

Your choices

Write to hello@werkya.com to see, correct, or delete anything you’ve sent us. We’ll do it within a few working days.
